Lean Management is an organizational logic that improves a company’s performance by creating value added for its customers, eliminating non-value added tasks in processes and providing coaching for its team members.

Based on Lean Value Stream Mapping (VSM), concepts of the inverted pyramid, the seven wastes and Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, TRS, TPM …), Lean Management strives to standardize processes and to develop each employee of a company in order for them to become leaders.

LeanPharma’s consulting and expertise firm has made Lean Management its specialty by putting the individual at the center of performance. In order to strengthen its expertise, the founder, Baptiste Anselme, began the Lean Management Black Belt Certification Program in November.

Obtaining the highly regarded Black Belt certification will allow LeanPharma to be a competitive partner of choice.
